As a reminder, we continue to offer a Net 30 promotion allowing firms to upgrade to Platinum without spending money up front. This offer is available for current users upgrading to Platinum, or Platinum SQL. You can even add Tabs3 Connect subscriptions to the order. This is a perfect way for firms to test these advanced products. Check out our Knowledge Base Article Platinum Version Net 30 Trial Plan for additional information. If you have questions about the Net 30 terms, please contact your sales representative, or any member of the Sales Department.
When you purchase an upgrade order for a customer, be sure to let them know the new serial numbers from the invoice.
Firms on version 16 and earlier who purchase an upgrade need to update to version 17. To download the update to version 17, they need to enter their new serial number, which changes when they upgrade. The old serial numbers will not work as they are no longer on maintenance due to the upgrade.
We have received a number of tech support calls from firms wanting to know their new serial number. The new serial number(s) can be found on the invoice that is e-mailed to you with your installation instructions after you’ve placed the order. Forwarding these to your customer will eliminate their need to call support, and provide them with a better customer service experience.
Effective June 1, 2015, we will no longer support versions 15.1 and 15.2 of the Tabs3 and PracticeMaster software. We will continue supporting version 15.3 through June 1, 2016. Knowledge Base article R11050 provides additional information about the product life cycle of Tabs3 and PracticeMaster software.
Please advise clients using these older versions that they will need to update in order to receive support after June 1 of next year. We stopped selling version 15.2 in January 2010, so it will have been supported for more than five years.
The June 2014 User Newsletter has an announcement on the sunsetting of versions 15.1 and 15.2. Clients using version 15.1 or 15.2 will be reminded each time they speak with a Technical Support Representative. Please contact the Sales Departments for pricing information, or to place an order.
