Sunset Version 19 Reminder

As of June 1, 2023 we will no longer support Version 19 of Tabs3 Software.  Multiple email notifications have been sent to impacted firms, with one more scheduled.  In addition, firms have been notified monthly, dating back to last year, in our user newsletter.  Users of Version 19 will also be reminded of this policy when they speak with a Support Representative. 

Please inform clients using Version 19 (and earlier) that they will need to update in order to receive support after the version is sunset.  Use the data in your QBR to determine who these firms are to generate sales and billable work.

A new video is available in our Version 2022 Video Library.  Users vs. Timekeepers provides an explanation of how users and timekeepers differ from each another.  This is a great video to share with users or prospects that may be unclear about how these two are different in Tabs3 Software. It can be found under All Tabs3 Software | Getting Started.

CMARC Files can now be Reindexed Individually

Version 2022, Build 22.1.7.647, includes a change to the Reindex Files window allowing users to select individual Email Attachment (CMARC*) files to reindex.  This change will shorten the amount of time it takes to reindex when you only need to reindex one file.

We’ve received a few video requests that our Video Team delivered on this month!

Comparing All Actions and the Task Folders:

This video is a side-by-side comparison of All Actions and the Task Folders.  Recommend this video to users/firms who continue using legacy theme settings or who express concerns about using All Actions because they are used to the Task Folder setup.  While both features are compared, the video also points out the many benefits that All Actions provides.  This video is located in All Tabs3 Software | Getting Started.

Scheduling a Meeting in PracticeMaster:

This video covers how to schedule a meeting and notify users about the upcoming meeting in PracticeMaster.  This video is a good starting point for users who are new to our calendar features.  You can find this video in PracticeMaster | Calendar.
