ProPay Transition Webinar Recording Available!

As you are now aware, the integrated credit card payment service in Tabs3 is about to experience an upgrade as we migrate to TSYS’ new ProPay solution. For a seamless transition, firms will need to update to Version 18 before the end of the year. You can view the webinar recording, Transitioning to ProPay: Everything You Should Know, to learn more about ProPay and why you should update to Version 18. If you’d like to send to a firm, you can direct them towards www.tabs3.com/ProPayWebinar.

Learn more about…

  • Why we upgraded to ProPay from PayFuse
  • What benefits you can expect from ProPay
  • How to update to Version 18

If you have further questions about the ProPay transition, take a look at our ProPay Transition Frequently Asked Questions located here. You can also contact ProPay directly at [email protected].

As we’ll mention in the webinar, the best way to get started with ProPay is to sign up for the pre-release now! We highly encourage not waiting until the last minute to update to Version 18 to ensure there isn’t an interruption in you accepting credit cards. Sign up for the pre-release by sending in a beta agreement, located here. To see what’s new in Version 18, check out our What’s New list here!

Updates on Credit Card Integration in Version 18

We wanted to update you on a few opportunities you and your clients will have to view credit card integration in Version 18.

November 12 and December 17: Accepting Credit Cards Webinar

This is our regular monthly webinar on accepting credit cards, but we have transitioned to demonstrating Version 18 and ProPay. We would encourage clients who do not currently accept credit cards to attend this webinar, as we will not be discussing the transition in great detail. Reserve your spot at Tabs3.com/CreditCardWebinar.

December 8: ProPay Transition Webinar

This will be a one-time-only webinar set up for clients and resellers who currently accept credit cards through Tabs3 software. We will discuss the ProPay transition, and answer any questions there may be. You may opt to attend the live webinar, or receive a webinar recording. Reserve your spot at Tabs3.com/ProPayWebinar.

White Paper Lead Follow up

As you know, we’ve been promoting billing and practice management related white papers in a variety of publications over the last year, and have generated a number of leads doing so. We recommend that you use a “soft sell” approach with these types of leads, as they typically are not in the same part of the buying cycle as most prospects you receive from us. Although they may not be ready to buy immediately, they have an interest in the types of products we offer. Educating them on our products by introducing new white papers, webinars, or other educational material is a good way to start to develop relationships with these firms.

Save the Date for the Forum!

Mark your calendar, dates for the 2016 Forum are set! The Forum will be held April 29-30 (Friday and Saturday) at the Embassy Suites in downtown Lincoln. Watch your inbox for upcoming details. We look forward to seeing you all there!

Announcing Symphony OCR Integration with PracticeMaster

Software Technology, Inc. (STI) is excited to work with Trumpet to integrate Symphony OCR with PracticeMaster’s document management feature. Symphony OCR is a fully integrated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) product that will provide PracticeMaster customers with a more comprehensive document management solution.

Text searches are great, but without OCR software, image-based PDFs are not text searchable.  Symphony OCR gives users the confidence of knowing that all documents will be found when using PracticeMaster’s text search functionality.

Symphony OCR runs as a “back-end” process, continuously monitoring PracticeMaster for any new documents that need to be OCRed. Once Symphony OCR determines a document needs to be OCRed, it automatically OCRs the document.  Symphony OCR will also review all existing saved documents and OCR them when necessary.

Symphony OCR is designed as software that “just works”. Once the software is installed there is no manual interaction needed to OCR documents.

For additional questions about Symphony OCR for PracticeMaster please contact Robin Houston at [email protected] or 480.961.6003 ext. 7.

Office 2016 Integration
