This year we were joined at the Forum by a multitude of legal industry specialists who all helped to make the 2010 Forum highly successful.  Reliable Software, Trusted Service rang as the theme throughout the weekend.   First timers heard about our excellent support while experienced veterans shared stories of clients successfully using Tabs3 longer than some of our employees have been walking and talking.  Thanks to all of you that volunteered to share your talents, knowledge and expertise with your peers.  Below is a list of presenters that stepped up to help make the Forum so successful.

At the Awards Banquet we recognized outstanding sales efforts in 2009.  Sandy Adams got plenty of practice giving acceptance speeches and posing for pictures as she accepted three of the four sales awards, including Reseller of the Year.  Sandra and her team, Michelle Motyka and Hazel Segall had an excellent year selling Tabs3 and PracticeMaster Software.  Hats off to our top CSV Reseller for 2009 as well – Britt Knuttgen and team at Affinity Consulting Group.  Congratulations on their hard earned, well deserved accomplishments.  Listed below are the specific awards and recipients for top sales performances in 2009.

PracticeMaster Integration with WORLDOX

A change was recently made to WORLDOX GX2 that affects the integration between PracticeMaster and WORLDOX.  Firms experiencing this issue will find that new PracticeMaster clients and changes to existing PracticeMaster clients will not appear in WORLDOX.  A change has already been made to PracticeMaster to accommodate the WORLDOX change.  To resolve this issue, firms affected should update Tabs3 and PracticeMaster to Version 15.3.2.197 or higher.

We recently made minor changes to shipping costs to adjust for price increases by UPS.  Below are new shipping costs for COD and prepaid letters.  Please contact a member of the Sales Department at 402-419-2200 to verify prices such as Saturday delivery or shipping beyond the lower 48 states.

COD Packages

UPS Ground (3 – 5 business days) $20

UPS Blue (2 day air) $28

UPS Red (overnight) $39

 

Prepaid Packages (credit card or prepaid company check orders)

15.3 Update Notifications

Version 15.3 was released on January 6, 2010 and is available to all maintenance users.  All firms that are eligible to download Version 15.3 have been notified.  The Version 15.3 release can be downloaded from www.tabs3.com/support/update/v153update.html. The update is fast and simple and requires no data conversion. What’s New Lists for the software can be found in our Knowledge Base at www.support.tabs3.com by clicking on the “What’s New Lists” link.

As a reminder, Version 15.3 includes:
