We are having our best year ever for Platinum sales! Many of you are taking advantage of the Net 30 terms we offer for any firm upgrading to Platinum or Platinum SQL. It’s a great way for a firm to “try before they buy”. It’s simple. A firm pays nothing up front, signs a short document stating they’ll pay their reseller within 30 days of the upgrade order, then they use it for a month. Once Platinum or Platinum SQL is installed, a firm is usually quite reluctant to return the product once they see the benefits for themselves. Check out our Knowledge Base Article Platinum Version Net 30 Trial Plan for additional information. If you have questions about the Net 30 terms, please contact your sales representative, or any member of the Sales Department.

Remarketing
Sep 6
Starting this month, you may begin to receive leads with a source of “Remarketing.” Remarketing is a relatively new online marketing tool that allows us to serve ads to people who visited our website but left without becoming a lead.
After a prospective client visits our website, they may see our banner ads on other websites that they visit – including those outside of the legal technology industry.
Remarketing is a cost-effective way for us to get even more leads for you. Please let your sales rep know if you have any questions.
Trade Show Materials
Jul 24
We are in the heart of tradeshow season, and there are many opportunities to exhibit and speak at local conferences. It’s a great way to get your name out to the legal community, and we’re happy to help.
Simply contact your sales rep and let them know of your event. Be sure to let them know the date(s), and how many attendees are expected. We’ll provide the marketing materials and list your event on our web site to support your efforts.
Contacting your local ALA chapter is a great place to see what opportunities might be available.
Updated Platinum Flyer
May 8
A new one-page condensed Platinum flyer is now available as a PDF right here in eNews. You can find it under Marketing, then Flyers & Whitepapers. The file is called “Tabs3 and PracticeMaster Platinum Flyer.”
If this flyer looks familiar to you to you, that’s because it’s very similar to the Platinum page in our premium brochure. This means if you leave the premium brochure with a prospective client, you won’t need to also leave a Platinum flyer.
We hope our marketing materials are valuable to you and to your prospective clients. If you have any ideas about additional marketing materials that would come in handy, let us know!
For a limited time, Tabs3 and PracticeMaster logo shirts are available for order. They are perfect attire for trade shows or meetings with potential customers. Each shirt is custom ordered and embroidered with our logo. To purchase, fax or e-mail your order by May 31, 2013.
