Earlier this year we added a Tabs3 Connect subscription option for PracticeMaster only firms and these were initially offered at no charge. At the time of the announcement we stated that these would be free of charge until December 1^st, at which point we would begin charging the same amount as Tabs3 Billing subscription licenses for anyone wishing to continue its use. A decision has been made to not charge for Tabs3 Connect PracticeMaster only subscription users at this time. Should this decision change, we will provide at least a 90 day notice to you and your affected customers.

We are pleased to inform you that we are beginning to offer email support to maintenance clients and will steadily roll out notification of this new service over the next few months. Initially, we have added email support links to the Knowledge Base and will gradually add links in other locations. Our goal is to reply to emails within one business day. Time-sensitive inquiries or complex issues should be handled by phone.

As we roll out email support, we ask that you please do not include this information in any email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, etc., until further notice.

We are excited to announce an upcoming change in our electronic software delivery. Previously, our electronic software delivery was available to current customers who updated or upgraded their software. With our upcoming change, virtually all orders will be delivered electronically. This includes software delivery to firms that are new customers, to firms that are updating from older versions, and to firms that are reserializing software because of a firm name change. Look for this change to take place this month!  (Note: There are a few products that will still be delivered on CD, such as Tabs3 Remote, ODBC Driver, and some utilities. Upon request, CDs for new clients will be made available in addition to electronic delivery.)
