As a consultant, you are eligible for discounted online training on Tabs3 Billing, Financial, and PracticeMaster software. Training provided direct to users is $125 per hour. Training provided to consultants is $60 per hour. We now use Chili Piper to assist in scheduling training and demos.

We prefer that consultants be prepared to train clients directly. However, if you find that you are unable to provide training, please consult Joe Abler about finding a consultant in our Consultant Database to build a relationship for training. If you are unable to find someone to work with, you can refer your client(s) to us for training after informing us of this decision. However, before scheduling training for your users, be sure to send an email to [email protected] informing us that you would like your client trained direct. Otherwise, we might just refer them back to you!

We occasionally hold user training or group training for consultants, and make those recordings available to our consultants. This is on an as needed basis. If you think you may have missed a training, an email can be sent to [email protected].
Tabs3 CRM Certification
To meet the criteria to be considered Certified in Tabs3 CRM, consultants can do the following:
- Attend the training sessions on Tabs3 CRM that are provided by our partners:
- Attend a Live Training:
- View a Recorded Training:
- Optional: Training provided by Law Ruler:
- Optional: Attend some training on integrating Tabs3 CRM with PracticeMaster.
- This can be done by attending a group training or attending any Forum session.
- Or, reach out to [email protected] for a scheduling link. Note: Priority goes to customers needing assistance, so if meetings are scheduled out a ways, you may be asked to wait until things slow down if you don’t have an existing customer.
- Set up a demo Tabs3 CRM account. Instructions are found in the exercise below.
