• Have strong new unit and upgrade sales.
• Provide feedback on developments and changes in our industry.
• Provide feedback on marketing concepts and ideas.
• Offer ideas for product enhancements.
• Participate in beta testing.
• Take part in trade shows or seminars in their area.
• Post articles and responses in industry listservs such as TechnoLawyer.
