As stated in August 2009, starting with Version 16, which is currently scheduled for release in 2010, Tabs3 and PracticeMaster software will no longer be tested on Novell networks. Novell users will, however, receive a basic level of support from our Technical Support Department, including guidance and how-to information regarding Tabs3 and PracticeMaster software functions. Please note that a known issue exists with the Novell NetWare Client for Microsoft Vista (all versions including Novell Client 2.0) that results in locking issues. Therefore, we recommend not using the Novell NetWare Client for Vista workstations with Version 15. Instead, we recommend installing Novell Native File Access on the server and having Vista workstations connect using the Common Internet File System (CIFS) protocol over TCP/IP instead of via the Novell Client for Windows Vista.
