As you know, due to economic nexus legislation effective March 1, 2020, Software Technology, LLC will begin collecting and remitting sales tax in many states (when applicable).
We are integrating with a 3rd party product called Avalara to manage taxability. When you request quotes or place an order, our system will automatically apply taxes, if applicable, based on location and which products are sold.
You should have already received an email from Jared Moscrip, our Controller & Director of Finance. It contained instructions on filing and submitting a new exemption certificate. Please contact Jared if you have questions.
