Just a reminder that as of November 1^st we’ve sunset Version 17.  We did offer a 60 day grace period for firms still interested in getting support, but that is about to expire.  Beginning with the new-year we will no longer support Version 17 and prior versions at all, so be sure to let your customers know.  It’s a good way to generate sales and service work.  Use your QBR to determine what firms are affected by this change.
