How do I contact ProPay Customer Service?

You can contact ProPay Customer Service at [email protected] or by clicking the Technical Support link in the Credit Card Authorization window. ProPay customer service is available Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM MT, and you can typically expect a response within an hour (they tell us usually within 15 min). We recommend including your firm name as well as a phone number where you can be reached when submitting a support request.

Note: ProPay Customer Service is optimized to respond to Tabs3 firms’ support requests via the [email protected] email address. Attempting to contact ProPay by telephone is very likely to result in a significantly longer wait time.

How can I sign up to accept credit cards through ProPay?

If you are ready to sign up, visit Tabs3.com/ProPay. If you have questions about setting up a ProPay account, you can fill out the contact form on the signup page. It’s important to note that if a firm processes over $50k of transactions in a month, they will need to sign up through an underwriting process, but that should take less than 72 hours.
