We made enhancements to Version 17 Accounts Payable Software that make it easier to prepare 1099-MISC forms. These enhancements include improved verification and reporting of duplicate Federal ID numbers when generating 1099s and running the Data File Integrity Check. To take advantage of these enhancements, be sure your clients have the most current Version 17 programs before preparing their 1099-MISC forms for 2014.
