We’ve recently made changes to our web site in an effort to provide better experiences for prospects, as well as to increase the number of web leads we generate.  Web site leads that we distribute come as one of three types:  Prospects who review the online demo; download trial software; or request a trial CD be mailed.  The type of lead you are receiving will be mentioned in the lead data, or in the subject line.  If a trial was requested, an additional line will appear in the lead data labeled “Delivery Method”, and will read as “cd” or “download”.

You will notice many leads no longer include address information.  The more information we ask for, the less likely a prospect is to fill out an online form.  Leads you receive without address information are not of lesser quality.  Most times, address information can easily be found online if you wish to mail materials.  We prompt for an address only when a prospect requests that a trial CD be mailed.  When a firm requests the trial via download, they receive an e-mail with instructions and a link.  Since the recent change, a large portion of those requesting trial software have done so via download.

When a prospect lists their firm size as 6 or more, we will attempt to locate address information so that we can send a large firm brochure and trial CD.  When we gather this information, we will include it when we send the lead to you.  Please contact your sales rep with questions.
