Effective March 1st, 2012, the price for standard billable support time will increase, as will charges for other billable work.  It has been about seven years since changes to the standard billable support rate were last made.  Below are the new costs for work we do in-house.  A change has also been made to the cost of COPYT3.EXE software, which is noted.

Standard Billable Rate for Support Calls – $50 per quarter hour 

Data Evaluation, Repairs and Merges by Programmers

  • $200/hour for maintenance users
  • $300/hour for non-maintenance users

 Data Evaluation, Repairs and Merges by Quality Assurance or a Specialist

  • $37.50 per quarter hour for maintenance users
  • $50 per quarter hour for non-maintenance users

 Conversions from Third Party Software by Programmers

  • $100 per hour   (This rate is not changing.)

 In-house Conversions

  • $120/hour for PracticeMaster conversions
  • $120/hour for Critical Date conversions to PracticeMaster
  • $150/hour for Profit$ource conversions to Tabs3 (not to exceed $500)

 COPYT3.EXE Software 

  • Old purchase price:  $75 for maintenance users; $150 for non-maintenance users.
  • New purchase price:  $150 for maintenance users; $200 for non-maintenance users.
