First National Merchant Solutions (FNMS), the company that provides merchant accounts that integrate with Tabs3 products, recently informed us they have been acquired by a company called TSYS (pronounced tee-sis).  TSYS already owned a majority of FNMS, but they recently purchased the remainder of the FNMS stock. 

The only change that affects us should be the name used when talking about our credit card authorization feature.  We will start to update our materials with their new name right away, “TSYS Merchant Solutions ^SM, formerly First National Merchant Solutions®”.  The links and email addresses for FNMS that we use today will continue to work for the foreseeable future.   Contact your respective sales representative at 402-419-2200 with questions.
