Reseller of the Year!

The Reseller of the Year Award is based on overall business generated from both existing and new users of Tabs3 and PracticeMaster software. After a three year absence from the top, our 2010 winner came from behind with a big December rally to win not only the CSV Reseller Award, but also the Reseller of the Year.  We are very proud to announce our Reseller of the Year for 2010:

Name Change for First National Merchant Solutions

First National Merchant Solutions (FNMS), the company that provides merchant accounts that integrate with Tabs3 products, recently informed us they have been acquired by a company called TSYS (pronounced tee-sis).  TSYS already owned a majority of FNMS, but they recently purchased the remainder of the FNMS stock. 

The only change that affects us should be the name used when talking about our credit card authorization feature.  We will start to update our materials with their new name right away, “TSYS Merchant Solutions SM, formerly First National Merchant Solutions®”.  The links and email addresses for FNMS that we use today will continue to work for the foreseeable future.   Contact your respective sales representative at 402-419-2200 with questions.

President’s Circle 2011 Members

We want to take this opportunity to recognize a special group of resellers who have earned the distinction of President’s Circle for 2011.  To achieve President’s Circle recognition, Certified Resellers and Consultants must:

  • Have strong unit and upgrade sales.
  • Provide feedback on developments and changes in our industry.
  • Offer ideas for product enhancements.
  • Participate in beta testing.
  • Take part in trade shows or seminars in their area.

Awards Time!

It’s time once again to hand out hardware to our award winners. Once a week over the next month we will announce winners for new Tabs3 and PracticeMaster unit sales, new Client Server sales, culminating with the grand finale, Reseller of the Year. Our thanks to all of you for your efforts in 2010!

Version 16 Information & Resources

At this time, Version 16 is only available as beta software.

Tabs3 Accounts Payable Version 16 & Nelco Checks

Version 16 of Tabs3 Accounts Payable System (APS) has added a memo field for each invoice and the ability to print the memo field on APS checks.  Version 16 also provides Bank Account configuration options to choose the new check layout when necessary, and allows automatic switching to the new format (L1572) when a specific check number is reached.

Since this feature requires new Nelco checks (www.NelcoSolutions.com/Tabs3), you should make your users (both old and new) aware of this so that they can plan accordingly when ordering APS check forms.  Specifically, old users shouldn’t buy a large batch of the current check format if they want to use the new memo field in Version 16.  The current check format will not accommodate the format for the new memo field.
